Estate planning can be as simple as utilizing the proper titling of assets and naming of beneficiaries to avoid probate or as complex as a full estate plan including numerous trusts. At this workshop we will break down Will vs. Trust and the probate process. Our end goal is for you to leave your money to the people and/or the foundations that you love while avoiding probate in the process.
